Arizona Secretary of State - has an online database of publications and directs you to other free online available forms.

Arizona Corporations Commission – apply for a new name name, file documents and send in annual reports online, you are also able to view any company’s scanned in documents online.

Arizona Department of Revenue – have all documents in pdf format and all forms are available to be filled out online, saved and sent in through their e-service.

Internal Revenue Service – e-service allows you to file all documents online, you are also able to apply online for a new TIN/EINs.
